Kurt Jäger
SAFe® SPCT
Kurt Jäger has been working as a software engineer in various software product houses for 40 years. More than 10 years as developer, architect, project manager, team leader and product manager at Software AG. Then another decade as development manager at TONBELLER AG, in this role he was also responsible for the product management team. From 2008-2010 he introduced agile methods based on SCRUM. As business unit manager and agile coach he helped customers of andrena objects AG to become agile. Since October 2013 he has been an agile management consultant and partner of KEGON AG. He is a certified Scrum Master, since 2018 certified SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE) and since October 2020 SAFe® Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT).
During the last 10 years he has advised and accompanied agile transitions at Audi, Berner Kantonalbank, BMW, Bosch, Commerzbank, CompuGroup Medical, Continental, CosmosDirekt, Deutsche Bahn, Deutsche Bank, Generali, GfK, Roche, Schufa, SAG, SAP, Siemens, Société Générale and VW.
Konrad Świstelnicki
SAFe® SPC
Areas of expertise: agile on the team, project/program and organization level, product management, agile transformation, increasing of team’s productivity and agile tools in practice. Agile practitioner and one of the first SAFe consultants in Poland (2014), he delivers trainings in Europe, mainly in Poland and Germany. He has trained over 1200 people. On a daily basis, he works with agile methods in large organizations, where he uses elements of Scrum, Kanban Method, SAFe and Management 3.0. Experience in sectors: automotive, banking, telecom, publishing, IT services.
Prerequisites
All stakeholders in a Lean-Agile transformation are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® 5 Program Consultant certfication exam and practice as a SAFE® 5 Program Consultant (SPC):
- More than 5 years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
- More than 3 years of experience in Agile
- One or more relevant Agile certifications
Eligibility to train in SAFe®
Consultant (PSC) you can continue the learning journey by achieving validation to license and teach SAFe courses.
